2026 Summer Camps
The City of Lebanon is excited to once again offer a variety of engaging and educational summer mini camps for children ages 6–12. These programs continue to provide hands-on learning experiences while connecting youth with nature, public service, and environmental education.
Nature Camp
- Dates: June 29 – July 1, 2026
- Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Location: Nature Barn at Stoever’s Dam Park
- Description: Campers will explore nature, local ecosystems, and outdoor science through hands-on activities and environmental education.
- Cost: Free for Lebanon City residents; $20 for non-residents
- Capacity: 30 campers
Detective for a Day Mini Camp
- Session 1: July 8, 2026 | 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- Session 2: July 13, 2026 | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Location: Lebanon City Hall, 735 Cumberland Street
- Description: Lebanon City Police detectives will lead campers through interactive crime-solving activities, fingerprinting demonstrations, investigative techniques, and a tour of City Hall and the Police Department.
- Cost: Free for Lebanon City residents; $5 for non-residents
- Capacity: 30 campers per session
- Note: Campers may only register for one session.
Firefighter for a Day Mini Camp
- Session 1: July 22, 2026 | 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- Session 2: July 28, 2026 | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Location: Northeast Park
- Description: Participants will learn about firefighting, emergency response, and fire safety while interacting with Lebanon City firefighters and equipment.
- Cost: Free for Lebanon City residents; $5 for non-residents
- Capacity: 30 campers per session
- Note: Campers may only register for one session.
Recycling Ranger Mini Camp
- Date: August 5, 2026
- Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Location: Nature Barn at Stoever’s Dam Park
- Description: Campers will become environmental superheroes through interactive activities focused on recycling, sustainability, and protecting the environment.
- Cost: Free for Lebanon City residents; $5 for non-residents
- Capacity: 30 campers
