Current Positions

Police Department:

SCHOOL CROSSING GUARD (part-time):

School Crossing Guard Positions available. Safely cross school students on their way to and from school in the City of Lebanon. $15.90/hour.  

POLICE OFFICER (full-time):

The Police Civil Service Commission is currently accepting applications for the position of Police Officer. Applications may be obtained on-line at www.PoliceApp.com. No mailed applications will be accepted. The deadline for applications is October 11, 2024.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


  • All applicants must be a U.S. citizen. 
  • All applicants must be twenty-one (21) years of age upon return of the application. 
  • All applicants must possess a high school diploma or a GED. 
  • The City of Lebanon will waive the $35.00 fee for the written test.
  • Please be advised that PoliceApp will charge a non-refundable processing fee. 

PHYSICAL  AGILITY TEST:

The Lebanon City Police Department will be conducting a physical agility examination. In addition, all Non-Act 120 applicants will be given the physical agility entrance exam for the HACC Police Academy immediately following.

WRITTEN EXAMINATION:

The written examination will be conducted following successful completion of the physical agility test.
